Shipping & Delivery Policy

Once payment has been received and approved, your order will be released to our warehouse within 24 hours.

Domestic orders will be fulfilled within 2–7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Fees

Complimentary delivery is available for orders above $80 (after discounts), unless otherwise stated.
For orders below $80, a delivery fee of $6 will apply.

Remote Area Surcharge

A surcharge of $15 applies to delivery addresses in Sentosa, Changi, and Tuas. This will be invoiced separately.

Staircase Surcharge (Non-Lift Access)

As our items are bulky and heavy, additional charges apply for deliveries without lift access:
• 2nd Floor: $15
• 3rd Floor: $40
• Subsequent floors: Additional $20 per floor (up to a maximum of 6 floors)

RaaB Family reserves the right to adjust delivery arrangements where necessary.
